Participation in retreats and wellness activities is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own health, travel arrangements, and personal belongings. LYLAS reserves the right to modify retreat programming, speakers, accommodations, or schedules as needed and may cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. Refund Policy
All retreat deposits are non-refundable however can be transferable unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of retreat planning and secured accommodations, cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations made prior to this period may be eligible for partial credit toward a future LYLAS experience at the discretion of the organization. In the event LYLAS cancels a retreat, attendees will receive either a full refund or transferable credit toward a future retreat. We strongly encourage attendees to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.
