Ebony M. Grover
Founder/CEO
Ebony Grover is a DEI practitioner, leadership facilitator, and community builder dedicated to advancing inclusive workplace cultures and empowering women to lead authentically and sustainably. With more than two decades of experience across leadership development, community engagement, and organizational culture, she has led high-performing sales and consulting teams and partnered with C-suite leaders within Fortune 500 organizations using a consultative approach to strengthen culture, advance inclusion, and create environments where employees feel seen, valued, and supported. Through her work, Ebony facilitates transformative conversations that challenge norms, foster belonging, and center the lived experiences of Black women and histroically excluded talent while providing practical tools to navigate systemic challenges within corporate spaces.
Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies and earned her MBA in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University while raising three children—an experience that deeply shaped her understanding of resilience, identity, and wellness. She is also a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute.
As the founder of LYLAS, Ebony creates spaces that support leadership growth, professional development, and holistic well-being for women navigating demanding personal and professional responsibilities. Through facilitated discussions, retreats, and community-centered programming, she explores the intersection of race, identity, leadership, wellness, and workplace culture, helping women lead with confidence without sacrificing themselves in the process.
A former fitness studio owner and certified Barre instructor, Ebony has also hosted wellness retreats and transformative travel experiences in destinations including Ghana, Jamaica, New Mexico, and Barbados, blending restoration, cultural connection, sisterhood, and personal growth.
A mother of four, Ebony enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading, and currently lives in Tampa with her husband and children.
