Kamina Young

Kamina Young is a retired leader with more than two decades of experience directing strategic initiatives, earning a reputation as a collaborative partner who built strong relationships across all organizational levels.

The first half of Kamina’s career was focused on software development in various technical and management roles in Information Technology. She pivoted into HR and DEI, leading and advising on enterprise-wide initiatives that increased engagement, improved operational efficiency, and supported talent development programs for thousands of employees.

Kamina holds a BS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, an MBA in Management from Adelphi University, and is a proud INROADS alumna. She is based in Charlotte, NC and is living out what she calls her “reFIREment” dreams – traveling, gardening, kayaking, exploring wineries, and doing some part-time nonprofit work with her well-earned free time.
