LYLAS (Love You Like A Sister) is a community intentionally created for Black women to gather, connect, heal, and grow — both personally and professionally.
We exist because safe spaces for Black women are still far too rare.
In workplaces, leadership spaces, and everyday life, Black women are often expected to carry the weight of excellence, resilience, caregiving, advocacy, and emotional labor while receiving the least protection, support, and understanding in return.
